Guidelines for Oral and Poster Presentation in ICOQR-2022:

 Consider the sequence and relevancy of slides. The current slide should build a path to next slide. Use graphs and charts to illustrate your prominent points. Those will help the audience to clearly understand the content.

Poster Presentation:

All poster presenters should submit their research work in single PPT or JPG format. The International Conference ICOQR-2022 will support only MS PowerPoint or JPG format. Please ensure that all presentations are in this given format. High definition Zoom screen sharing option will be used for all ICOQR-2022 sessions with cloud recording technology. Please apply widescreen formatting when preparing your PPT slides or JPG image.

Oral Presentation:

Oral presenters will be allocated 7 minutes for their presentation and 3 minutes for questions and answers with the audience. If the presentation exceeds 7 minutes, the chair will shorten the Q&A period that follows the presentation.

 The presentation should be made with the optimum number of slides as per the guideline of the conference and it will be completed within 7 minutes. The content slides should give an overview of the research with conclusions and future research direction.

Slide Submission:

Speakers (Oral or Poster) must submit their PPT by email into icoqr2022@eudoxiainternational.com on or before 22^nd September, 2022 (8 P.M. as per Indian standard time).

Guideline for Oral Presentation:

There will be maximum 3 slides in the Oral Presentation of the presenter.

1^st slide: Title page

2^nd slide: Description of the work, methods & methodology

3^rd slide: Result & Discussion, Graphical analysis, Data Presentation & Conclusion

The ‘Acceptance Letter’ for this International Conference ICOQR-2022 will be provided on the basis of the review of the submitted ‘Abstract’ only. The review of the submitted abstract will take around 3 days.

Guidelines for Submission of Book Chapter: “Society and Humanity” with ISBN number without publication fee (FREE PUBLICATION). After acceptance of the Abstract, we will send you the template of the book in word format and you can prepare the manuscript in our format easily.

Main Text: All headings and subheadings are to be in bold and consistent throughout the manuscript.

General Format: Manuscript length: 4500 words (maximum) – inclusive of abstract, keywords, main text and references.

• Deadline of submission for a book chapter publication: 30^th September 2022
• Font size: 12, Font type: Times New Roman, Spacing: 1.5 space (Before & After: 0 pt.), Margins: 1 inch right, left, top and bottom.
• Paragraphs are not to be indented; a line is to be left between paragraphs
• Manuscript is needed in WORD FORMAT ONLY (docx).
• Abbreviations and acronyms are to be used
• First usage of the term: Term to be written in full with the abbreviation in parenthesis
• Subsequent usage of the term: Abbreviated version to be used consistently.
• All manuscripts will be internally double peer-reviewed and should be with less than 10% plagiarism.
• All manuscripts must be professionally proof-read and free from plagiarism
